Refund policy
We take great pride in carefully packing your order and ensuring you receive a high quality product. However, if for whatever reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase please do not hesitate to get in touch for us!
We have a 30-day return/ refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or refund.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
We may be able to offer you a full refund or a store credit/exchange, depending on the reason for the return.
To start a return, you can contact us at littlewildandgreen@gmail.com and provide your order number, the product(s) you wish to return and the reason for the return. We will aim to contact you with a response within 24 hours. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note, that the return postage is to be paid by the sender. Please send your return parcel to 1 Iris Street, Melrose Park SA 5039.

Please note that we can not offer refunds for gift cards and sale items.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too. Unfortunately shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
