Little Wild & Green takes great care packing each and one of your orders with care and attention to detail. We only use sustainable and plastic-free packaging materials where possible and encourage you to re-use the packaging you receive.

Unless you select a 'made to order' item, your order will usually ship within 1-3 business days once placed with us. During busy periods, please allow up to 5 business days for your order to ship. If you need anything urgently, we recommend getting in touch with us at littlewildandgreen@gmail.com before placing your order.

We recommend 'Express Shipping' (ships in 1-3 business days) for the fastest way to get your order.

We use a variety of shipping carriers, depending on your location, to achieve the most economical and safe shipping to keep the cost low for you, the customer.

Once your order has been shipped you'll receive your tracking information either per email or text. Please contact us at littlewildandgreen@gmail.com if you have any concerns.

It is your responsibility to enter the correct delivery address and delivery instructions at the time of placing your order. If you enter an incorrect address, we are not liable. Please check that your address is correct when using Paypal payment. We are not able to make changes once an order has been packed. This includes, personal details, products purchased, combining orders, refunding shipping costs, changing shipping type selected and adding discount codes.

Occasionally parcel delivery times can be unpredictable when our shipping partners experience higher than usual demand.

Please note international customs may delay delivery and we are unable to accept responsibility for any duties payable, customs fees and/or delays. To ship to Europe, please provide a complete and accurate delivery address including postal code. All shipments are subject to customs clearance procedures and may incur duties and taxes upon arrival, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Please review the list of prohibited items before placing your order.

Free local pick up is available from our Melrose Park (SA) warehouse. Once your order is packed and ready to be picked up, we'll send you a pick up notification email with further information. Please pick up your order within 10 days of receiving this information.
